Parsley

This series follows the process of parsley stalks becoming digitalised. The scanner generates an interplay between focus and blur, tries freezing a movement, preventing organic decay. Running through processing / digesting systems (scanning, scaling, uploading / cutting, cooking, eating), the herbs become digital compost.
